Shipping Options

Once we ship your order we will notify you via email. Unless some information in your order is missing, we will ship your purchase within two business days. If you choose shipping by courier (FedEx or Purolator) we will try to ship your order the same day if you placed an order before 2 pm (GMT+5).

Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, America Express, JCB), payments through PayPal, money order, certified cheques, or we can ship COD. You can pay in US or Canadian funds. Not all options are available for all destinations and currencies. Please read details below.

COD. Within Canada we can ship your order COD ("Collect on Delivery"). You will pay by cash for your order when it's delivered. Canada Post will charge you $6 CAN extra for COD service.

PayPal. We can accept PayPal payments from holders of "Verified" and "International-Verified" accounts. Order can be shipped only to the confirmed address of your PayPal account. PayPal charges your credit card in US dollars.

Credit Cards. At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB credit cards. We have our own merchant account for all these cards, so the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as "www.home-electro.com, TORONTO". When you use JCB card, please select "American Express" on the payment page. If possible, please use your credit card billing address for delivery.

Please note that your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars.

Taxes. Orders from Canada are subject to 7% GST. Orders from Ontario, Canada are subject to 7% GST+8% PST. In agreement with Canadian and Ontario laws these taxes will be added to your bill at the time of the order.

For orders outside Canada you still might be required to pay some taxes, duties or other fees. These charges will not be charged by Home Electronics. If at all, you will have to pay them upon delivery. Check with the appropriate agency in your state, province or country.
